Shipping Policy

We love that we can offer you FREE FIRST CLASS SHIPPING ON ALL U.S. ORDERS because free shipping + PSC products = so much joy :)

Everything is handmade and made in batches. We do our best to ship PSC products to you within 4-8 business days, unless otherwise noted on our main page. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will let you know by email.

Positive Statement Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, theft, lost or misdirected shipments. 

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Pre-order items will be shipped when the entire order can be fulfilled. If you need non-preorder items sooner, please make separate orders.

We are just as eager and excited as you. Positive Statement Co. will do everything we can to get them to you sooner than later.

Returns

We want everything you order from Positive Statement Co. to make you feel SO FULL OF JOY and like a total babe! 

You have 5 days from the day you receive your package to return it to us for store credit only.

To return an order, e-mail info@positivestatementco.com. Put the order number in the subject of the e-mail and let us know whether you are choosing to use our pre-paid label or use your own. If you choose to use your own label, please put your order number somewhere on the outside of the package. Instagram direct messages will not be accepted.

The item must be completely unworn and sellable.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Using our pre-paid label will deduct $5 from your return store credit codeYou can use this label or choose to use your own label. You will only be charged $5 for the pre-paid return label if you use it.

You must put it in the mail within the 5 day return window from the day you received the package. 

Once we receive your return & inspect it, we will send you your store credit refund code (and deduct $5 shipping costs, if you use our label) to you via e-mail.

Exchanges for Damaged Earrings

Returns for damaged earrings are accepted within 5 days of purchase. Other damaged returns will be met on a case by case basis. Please note we send out returns/exchanges 7-10 business days after receiving the original pair.
